Products We Offer

EZ Lending Solution offers numerous mortgage and refinance opportunities to individuals all across Michigan. Our products include:

Conventional Mortgage & Refinance Products

Conventional mortgages and refinances are the most popular in Michigan. They offer competitive interest rates and flexible terms, and they are designed for individuals who can meet credit score, credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio requirements.

Non-Qualifying Mortgages

A non-qualifying mortgage (non-QM) is designed to help individuals who may not meet the requirements associated with conventional mortgages. Residents of Michigan who do not have the required documentation to qualify as well as those who are self-employed. Non-QM options are also relatively flexible, which allows EZ Lending Solution to help you obtain a mortgage when other lenders have turned you down.

Jumbo Loans

Conventional mortgages are backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which are federal government entities. These entities set forth conforming loan limits, and if the mortgage or refinance amount you need exceeds this, you will need to apply for a jumbo loan, instead. Although interest rates and terms are comparable with those associated with conventional products, it’s important to note that you will need to meet more stringent credit and income requirements.

FHA Loans

Another option for aspiring homeowners who may not be able to meet the credit and income requirements associated with a conventional mortgage might qualify for FHA loans in Michigan. These loans are backed by the Federal Housing Administration, which means there is a far lesser risk to lenders. Requirements for Michigan FHA loans are more lax, and you can qualify with a credit score as low as 500. Down payments are also more flexible – they range from 3.5% to 10% depending on your credit score.

VA Loans

If you are a veteran or active service member, or if you are the spouse of a veteran or service member, you have the option to apply for a VA loan rather than a conventional mortgage or refinance. Roughly 90% of applicants receive their funding with a 0% down payment, and in some cases, they receive lower interest rates, as well. Like conventional loans, VA loans can be somewhat flexible to suit your unique circumstances.

Commercial Loans

EZ Lending Solution in Michigan also provides commercial loans designed to help you acquire, refinance, or redevelop properties across the state. They can apply to factories, warehouses, office spaces, and even multifamily housing. These loans have competitive interest rates, and refinancing is also available.

EZ Lending Solution works with clients all over the state of Michigan to help them obtain the funding they need to purchase or refinance homes and commercial properties. If you struggle to meet the criteria for a conventional mortgage, or if you’re having a hard time refinancing your commercial property, we have the knowledge and expertise to help. We work hard to help all of our clients achieve their financial and homeownership goals.
